Wholesale Ordering with An Adventure Awaits, LLC
Hello! We’re so excited that you are looking into carrying An Adventure Awaits, LLC™ brand and our Products! We look forward to learning more about your store and building a successful partnership. Please read and familiarize yourself with our wholesale policies below.
To place an order, view wholesale pricing, or access our online catalog, you must first be a registered and approved retailer. If you’re not registered and would like to be, please see directions below. Please note in order to be approved you must have a working URL and Federal Tax ID/ EIN for your store or you may send us photos of your storefront for consideration to shopanadventureawaits@gmail.com.

Online retailers carrying our products are required to include An Adventure Awaits, LLC™ name in the product title or in the product description. Once you are approved as an online retailer, you may only sell on the URL that is submitted and approved through your wholesale application. Accounts may not utilize national/global selling platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, etc. Failure to comply will result in your wholesale status being revoked.
All An Adventure Awaits, LLC™ products being sold online must state: “created by An Adventure Awaits, LLC™”.
Signing Up for a Wholesale Account
You can apply for a wholesale account with An Adventure Awaits, LLC™ (and receive access to our current catalog) by filling out the form on our wholesale page. Once completed, we will contact you within 1-3 business days with the status of your account application. Please note in order to be approved you must send us your Federal Tax ID/ EIN number as well as your state's resale tax certificate.
Are you a current retailer but do not have wholesale account access within our website? Create a username on our website and send us an email with your new username. We will be more than happy to transition your account to ‘wholesale buyer’ status on our website.

Order Amount Minimums
Opening orders: $150
Minimum reorder: $100
Payment
Payment for orders are required prior to shipping, by credit card or PayPal. Net 30 day terms are considered for retailers with a credit sheet and an established relationship with us, but they will be assessed a $75 late fee for past-due invoices. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
Shipping
Orders ship approximately 2-3 weeks from the order date. We strive to get orders out as fast as we can but many of our products are still handmade by our studio team. Please contact us for specific lead times. All orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please contact us if you would like to request special shipping terms, times, or if you have a UPS/FedEx/USPS account number you would like us to use. For local customers, dropoff is available.
Packaging
Wholesale orders are packaged in as few boxes as possible. All items are retail ready and have labeling and packaging to clearly identify the product.
The An Adventure Awaits, LLC™ products must be sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold as individual cards or items. If you have any questions regarding the way our items are packaged, please email us at shopanadventureawaits@gmail.com.
Backorders
We do not typically do backorders. If an item is out of stock we will remove the item from your order and make a note on the invoice. In the rare occasion we put an item in your order on backorder, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated.
Refunds
We ask all changes to your order be submitted by email to shopanadventureawaits@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Any changes to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued up to a 20% restocking fee for the items restocked. If a restocking fee is issued, it will be deducted from the adjusted order total. Items that have been mistakenly shipped or damaged must be reported to us at shopanadventureawaits@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the shipment. We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise, unless an error was made on our end.
Product Images
If you would like to use An Adventure Awaits, LLC™ product photography to market our products you must be an approved An Adventure Awaits, LLC™ retailer. If you are an approved retailer please contact us for a PHOTO REQUEST FORM. When using our images on a website or printed publication, our approval must be given in email or writing after filling out the form..
The product and lifestyle images we send to you can only specifically be used to market our products. Images cannot be used on your website as banner images unless our product is named and featured alongside the lifestyle image. The photography rights provided to you only extends to the marketing of our products and An Adventure Awaits, LLC™ brand.
All of our products being sold online must state: “created by An Adventure Awaits, LLC™”.
