What is your return policy?
Reporting Problems. If you have any problems with your order, please email us immediately at email@example.com. If you are missing any pieces to your order please contact us within 5 business days to report the missing pieces, and we will then process the request for parts. This process can take up to 14 days depending on availability.
Requests for Returns. If you wish to make a return for any reason, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the order. After 7 business days, we reserve the right to refuse a request for return. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping. Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to charge a 25% fee if items are returned in less than perfect condition.
Damaged Items. If items arrive damaged, we reserve the right to replace the damaged part or send out a new item to satisfy the order. If you do not want a replacement item, it is treated as a return, and all conditions will apply if customer refuses replacement.
Canceled Items. Transactions already processed that are cancelled after 24 hours may incur a transaction fee charged by our credit card companies.
Shipment. We do not reimburse any shipping charges to or from you, the customer. Products will be delivered unless customer cancels their order prior to shipment. Once the item has shipped out, any cancellation will be treated as a return and will incur all shipping charges and re-stocking fees.
Condition of Returned Items. All returns for any reason damaged or otherwise need to be in original manufacturer packaging and condition.
International Orders. All international orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is placed. If any such item is refused or returned, no refund will be given.
Custom Orders. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted on custom or personalized items. A digital proof (prints only) will be sent prior to final print, so be sure to check the proof carefully for spelling, punctuation, capitalization, grammar, personal information, colors and layout.
Craft Show Orders. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted on items purchased at craft shows or other in person events.
What is your processing & shipping time?
Items ship via USPS (unless otherwise specified) from Pennsylvania. Typically ship in 5-7 business. Contact us if you need a rush order to see if we can accommodate.
How should I use my map?
Use push pins to track your past travels or future bucket list destinations. Want to track the breweries you've visited, races you've run, or guests who have visited? Our maps can be used in any way you desire!
